Stowe Gardens

Happy new year everyone we hope that 2016 is getting off to a good start for you. We have alot of exciting adventures planned this year and hopefully it will be even better than the last one.

 We have been bombarded with rain in the uk which created floods, wind and the fog it was really getting us down (also chickens didn't much care for it they were practically swimming in mud) .

When we finally saw something resembling sun shine we were off without even a moments hesitation. 

We'd heard about Stowe gardens in Buckinghamshire and its past fame of being one of the 'most magnificent landscape garden in Europe' we had to see for ourselves.

We love looking around the kitchen gardens and allotments to get some ideas. Defiantly want to make our allotment more creature friendly this year. 

Walking to the gardens, tried to coax sheep to come to me, didn't work 

Around every corner there was a place to hide a way and take in the landscape

As the sun started to set we warmed up wit some tea before our walk around the lake

Stowe gardens is a beautiful place with its grand buildings and sculptures to its stunning landscape we would highly recomend these gardens with acres of walks you can explore there is something for everyone.
